Myth Proved Wrong
Everyone loves to blame the enzyme Triptophane in Turkey for making the family lethargic after a big Thanksgiving feast. The truth of the matter is that no one can possibly eat enough turkey for the enzyme to have such an effect on thier brain. The sleepiness that comes about on Thanksgiving is most likely due to overeating and barley sleeping the night before (Thanksgiving eve is said to be one of the biggest party nights of the year.)
